Do you think Agile in Pharma is impossible? Is strategy something that you do for two days once every year with your top level managers? Do you believe people cannot volunteer for their projects? Then be careful – this video might scare you!
One thing I admire in the Agile community is the openness and willingness to share and care. I was invited for an exchange with friends and collogues from Bayer who are on their own mission of driving change in the pharmaceutical industry. I had the pleasure to spend some intensive hours together with Agile Change Activist from Bayer and discuss their approach to Enterprise Kanban, developing adaptive work management systems and establish strong empowerment for their teams.
Verena Fischer and Christian Pütter are currently on their way to become a Flight Level Coach. In this video they share with us some insights and learnings from their individual journey of developing a Flight Level Architecture in order to:
- Operationalize Strategy
- Speed-up decision making
- Manage Dependencies
- Make work transparent
- Allow decision making at all levels
It is impressive what they already achieved one year after implementation. Thank you so much Bertram, Verena, Christina and Christian for having me and sharing your story! Keep on and stay strong with your vision!
