From Frederic Laloux
What you will learn: Frederic Laloux provides insights in the principles of self-managing organizations and gives examples of companies where he studied those. For me “Reinventing organizations” is the most influential book in that area. Although there is a “traditional” Version of this book I highly recommend the “illustrated” one. I once put it on a desk in the middle of our office and within just a few days several people asked for lending it and brought it back just one or two days later. This has never happened with any other book I tried this 🙂
