Yesterday I had the honor to work with Markus Andrezak, Carolin Salz, Oliver Winter, Tim Klein, Felix Rink and others through some ideas on how to sync different “layers” in the organization focused on strategy deployment.
The solution looks quite “simple” while being not easy… main issue to solve: provide focus
It’s all about connecting different paces, enabling communication, provide timely decisions by keeping a frequent cadence on strategy level, even if you think in timeframes of 3-6 years. This has nothing to do with good control, but high speed of learning about high risk, acceleration of decision making and providing clarity.
