This week I successfully finished the last of four inspiring and amazing workshops in my journey to become an Enterprise Kanban Coach.
It was a tough but incredible mind opening time I was honored to spend with 15 great coaching trainees and our trainers Klaus Leopold and Sigi Kaltenegger. I learned so much about optimizing value streams on different flight levels, on lean and agile principles and on ideas to facilitate and drive Kanban on all organizational levels.
To my “EKC-Gang”: Thanks for sharing thoughts, ideas, fears and fails with me through the last 6 month. Thanks for all the hints, feedback and ideas for improvements you gifted me with. Thanks for early morning smiles and late evening laughs! It was a pleasure! Keep on improving the work of so many people in your companies – and with it the life of all people and customers you serve!
It was a pleasure for me, too! Or as Sigi would say: a fair 😜 (don‘t know if it is the right term) (folk festival, funfair…) 😉
